Design Phase: The Briefing During this session we will cover a series of questions specified to your design request(s) designed to help shape the best personalized plan. *This meeting is time sensitive, so please come prepared.* Ways to prepare: 1) Please identify the desired services that would potentially match your request 2) Please have a marketing/spending budget in mind (available payment plans) 3) Please have as many details regarding your request prepared to discuss. Pricing and ideas will not be discussed at this time. An email including all requested services will be sent shortly after our session has concluded. *THE CONSULTATION COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE*
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS: To cancel or reschedule, please inform us no later than 24 hours before the set booking time. In the case of an emergency, please email us no later than 2 hours before meeting time. All Appointment Bookings are non-refundable.
